    Default Char-Broil a revelation.

Right, so I am a braai guy. Have both gas and wood and charcoal. (OK that's three not two)

So I needed to buy a new gas braai and did extensive research and came across this.

    Watch the youtube video.

Bought one as a present for a family member. WOW

And on the basis of that bought myself one yesterday.

Deary deary me. What an incredible product and technology. It is quite frankly a revelation. Astonishing.

Probably had the best steak I have ever had in my life tonight. And it was R69.99 cheap SPAR special Rump.

    ---------------

Anybody else got one of these.?

No, but I think I should rather say not yet.

Had a 3 burner Cadac with stainless flame tamers which worked like a dream, it eventually had to be retired as it was rusted to pieces. Bought a 4 burner cadac and it's standing outside, I refuse to use it, it is absolutely terrible.

Was forced to get a gas braai due to our complex rules and have the Char broil 4 burner. Happy with it but I prefer wood
Must admit some of the best steaks I have done was on the Char broil

Don't most steakhouses use gas grills? Stands to reason a gas chargriller will give you a reliable result.

But I just still enjoy the flames, the smell, the ambience of a wood braai.
