2017 Botswana Bookings

The 2017 bookings sheets for the Privatised campsites open next month. Send us through your route plans this month if you'd like to try to get the campsites you really want for next year! Remember that campsites book a year in advance in the busy times and if you'd like to visit from April to October next year, you'll have to secure your dates soon.

National Parks campsites still open exactly one year ahead (Book 1st May 2016 for April 2017 bookings and so forth). But if you'd like to still visit this year and worried you won't find space, email us to check!

There are three of us now in our office, so we're here and ready to help as best we can! We're faster and even more excited to have you visit us. Yes, you can book yourselves directly and yes, you can book with other agencies - but we're safe, secure, we've visited every campsite/lodge we book, we 4x4 ourselves (changing tyres and digging out the sand included!) and we're reliable.

You only pay us once for all bookings and park fees. Save yourselves the hassle and bank charges and let us do it all for you. For P500 per self drive booking, it's worth it. Payments by Credit Card online or manual (safe and secure), Bank transfer, Western Union or Paypal. We have 4x4 rental vehicles, should you need these as well.

Hi Tara, are there any privatised campsites in Khutse or are they all National Parks run? I would like to go to Khutse next June/July in the SA school holidays, so I need to know when I must have my booking done by...
