Expect it should, since it is actually made for a roof fitment...
Did you measure the size of the tent base vs roof rack? If you can bolt it down it should be fine. The only other thing to look at is height for the drop down extention
This is if it is in fact a rooftop tent and not trailer top. Trailer top is designed for trailer roof height 1.4 to 1.6m, depending on model

it certainly can. We had to extend the room walls with 350 mm and want nothing more

The fun has started , starting to strip the trailer , will remove the whole body ( Squire tubing and 2mm galv plate ) and replace with all out aluminium to save weight , chassis is galvinized and very strong , will fit new springs , shocks and axle and water tank. Lots off idees coming up. The frame will be 38x38x2mm aluminium squire tubing , now I'm thinking can I use the inside off the framework as a watertank maybe Calculations coming up.

After reading a lot on the forum I desided to spend the money and put a break axle on the trailer , I had a lucky day last week , my wife's boss gave me four 245/70R16 tyres with 95% thread on it , free off charge . No need to buy tyres for the trailer
