    If it is under and you slip in the mud,the next person gets a bad deal. It is more hygienic if it over. I hate 2 ply or baby soft,it is too gentle. I prefer chuck Morris paper.

    My grandfather used to tell the story, never found out if it was true or not.

    During the war everything was rationed, including toilet paper. One sheet per person per day.

    So you would roll the sheet around your index finger and tear the tip off. Then you would stick your finger up your @$$. Afterwards you would use the torn off bit to clean under your fingernail.
