Default Trailblazer Bullet Proof??? Long term reliability???

    Hi
Have searched the forums and the net and very few problems reported and those that are are relatively minor. Is it a case the car is bulletproof or fewer sales?

I recently bought a 2013 2.8 LTZ and is very happy with it.
I asked myself the same question over and over but was very difficult to fault the vehicle. Now that I drive 1 I all of a sudden realize how many of them are on the road -plenty! Ja not as much as the tunas but enough!

    Hi

The only unknown factor in the Trailblazer was the new 2.8Duramax. I had a chat with the service manager at our local branch last week. He said not asingle engine or turbo failure since they started selling them for their branch. As I said before the drivetrain is carried over from the Hummer andColorado. They have been using the same differentials on all their American trucksfor a lot of years, AAM 760 front and AAM 860 rear. The gearbox have a look here. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/GM_6L50_transmission

    Not going to break that.
