Thanks for the pics i do appreciate it allot. Very very nice caravan.
Can you give some specs on it as the website don't listb any, like weight, height, length width and water capacity. Is it also made from stainless and aluminium what about the chassis?

I do not have the Cheetah spec's, but my first Afrispoor was a "Serval" which the Cheetah is based on, so I think the only difference is the length (a bit longer)
    Serval Spec's:
    Length = 2700
    Width = 1850
Height = 2060 (with roof open)
Tow Hitch to Rear = 4450

My Serval had 2x 70lt water tanks with pressure pump

Serval is manufactured in 3CR12 stainless steel with hot dip galvanized chassis (which I think is the same for the Cheetah)

I would suggest you call David at Afrispoor (0eight3 six79 zero68five) and ask him to send you the Cheetah details

    Hope this helps

From tow hitch to relax 10 min and break down 15 min and I have the option of a hot shower before I leave. Drop the roof, pack away the geyser and switch off the gas.
    Hi Peter

Was great to chat to you today. Gavin is now totally obsessed with this idea & I happened upon your post looking the Cheetah up online! I am very interested to see the inside configuration that you have with the shower & toilet & was wondering if you would (when you have a gap & if you don't mind) please post some pics of the inside of your one so I can get an idea of the internal layout. Very much like the idea of being able to customise it to our/my requirements

Unfortunately the Getaway show is on the 24th & 25th of this month & we are still away until 27th so will miss it but I will get Gavin to contact Afrispoor & find out where we can view them up here in Gauteng once we are back. Think we are onto something here

    Thanks a mill take care

We went to the Getaway show this past weekend.

My wife now refuses to look at any other caravan except the Cheetah.

I am very interested to know your geyser's brand name and even more importantly the flow-rate per

minute. Afrispoor is currently installing 'Genie' 5.5 l/pm (litres per minute) geysers in their Cheetah and

Serval vans as a standard. I am considering upgrading my Serval's geyser to a higher flow rate but it

could be a case of 'money wasted'. If you also have the 5.5 l/pm geyser, is the shower's water-flow

sufficient to have a decent shower? Please advise urgently. I have just started my 5 month waiting

    period!

    Vernon.
Not 100% sure which geyser I have but I do get a very strong shower because the water coming out is extremely hot and mixed with the cold the pressure is very good .

The AS family is steadily growing. Well done for having made an excellent choice.

We signed for a Serval on the 25th of Sep '16 at the Getaway expo.

Our expected delivery to be towards the end of Feb '17.

Almost halfway through the waiting phase now but have been assured that it would be worthwhile.

    Byt vas!!!

    Good Afternoon
I also saw on your photo that you did not choose the jerry can brackets but enclosures, does it work well for you.
I have ordered mine also without it as the enclosures will add more value to me.
Ma I also ask on the type off awning that you have installed.

    Hi Derick.
Yes very much so. The box on the left is a super laid out mini bar and the centre behind the wheel cover which zips open I store my electrical cable, triangles and other odds and on the right is my tool box. Then the very top either side of the wood carrier is another two small boxes which on the left is electrical and right is water hose pipe and fittings.

    Vernon,
Hi. actually this particular post was brought to Dave Coomb's attention and he rectified it immediately. He showed me the mods a the out door expo.
However, I had the same problem with the Imagine Comfort van all I did was add guy rope to one of the stays.
