I remembered to change odometer from trip A to total distance to watch it get to 400 000km tomorrow and then get it will get a oil and filters change. For what it is worth I will stick to using Castrol Tection oil. It stays the "cleanest" after changes and doesn't go black so soon than others

Although some might think I am lost because I am in the wrong tread, as I own a Defender, I like the LED roof lamp. Where is the best place to get those?

I bought it from a local auto parts shop. You know the one where you an buy a coffee can exhaust tail piece and a massive wing to aid the rear wheel traction on your front wheel drive car.

It was a bit expensive (R120) compared to what is available online, but I wanted to make sure the connector would fit in the Isuzu's connection socket, hence the local shop.

It is actually quite nice as it is supplied with a spring loaded connector that can be compressed to fit in any size connector.

Mine is not as neat as Andre N's as per the following pic, because the Isuzu has limited space underneath the LED to hide the wiring.

What a coincidence. Mine is going in for the Thorp / RDG story on the 12th October.

I just hope they can sort it out in the week time frame as estimated.

I read on the other thread that yours has been there over a month. Hope they get it sorted soon. I have slightly different issues though.

I will do a write-up under the Isuzu Problems section once the issues have been solved.

Good luck Really hope they get it sorted out in time. All I have been getting was "We're waiting for the parts" If they start that with you - politely suggest the various next day delivery couriers available to them.

    Jaco, your bumpers look awesome.

I know from the other thread that Stofpad helped with your rear bumper, but who made your front bumper?

And if you don't mind, the cost of the bumpers?
