    My advice:
See an urologist. Your condition of low PSA suggests no cancer, but the plumbing is problematic.

Dave, have you had a digital examination? I am NOT an expert but your situation suggests that you have a benign enlargement of the prostate. If you don't fancy the digital test you could ask your GP to refer you for a prostate ultrasound which is unobtrusive ( and reveals more).

Dave, go see a Urologist, I was told that having a PSA at 4 at my age (some 6-7 years ago)is acceptable but if it crept higher, then not good. It sounds like you might have an enlarged prostate, not necessarily dangerous in itself but you would be wise to get expert opinion sooner rather than later.

    Do have it checked out.

If itís not serious, try pumpkin seed extract from Adeva and the Prostate supplement from Vital. You get both at Dischem or many pharmacies.
There are plenty supplements for enlarged prostate, try what works for you, maybe in combination.

Thanks Christa and Miems! Any reason specifically why you mention the hydration levels?

The better hydrated you keep yourself the better your body can cope. You may not feel like eating and drinking, but it's important that you at least drink something.
It affects a whole host of bodily functions, including your brain, you can become confused if your brain is dehydrated
Rather take small sips continuously than trying to drink to much at once, which could make you nauseous easier.

Aaah, ok thanks. I thought you perhaps had some bad experience with your dad and which information is generally not available. So far I've not had any urge to stop eating or drinking, rather the other way round... I must also admit that I'm getting used to the side effect, or they are a lot less than when I started using Xtandi.
