Why Toyota specifically? What about all the other brands.

not stuffing it up...he feels happier knowing LR helped him.... I suppose I could have mentioned Ford and other's...

Just mentioning so that the anti-LR brigade maybe shut up for a change and acknowledge awesome support for their brand.

I myself have only ever had great service from JLRSA unlike my 2005 experience with Toyota and problems with a 3.0kzte dc.

I am sure Sean will sing the praises of LR for may years to come.

I am glad to see LRSA have started to believe in customer service. My experience was nothing like this. 156 days and 2 computers. one i paid for, to find a battery cable was faulty. No loan car so my wife who was the financial director in the company she worked for, was bummimg lifts from other staff. She bought another vehicle and I was told to get rid of the LR.

    Thumbs up That's my brand

I have been driving Landies for ever , my children learnt to drive in them , our best memories include a Landy ... and today I fill with pride as I read this , for the eternal skeptics .. It's a Land Rover thing you would not understand

I have only ever spoken to Peter Street twice over the phone, (Sadly I am between Land Rovers currently), but I have to say this.

A true gentleman!, man of his word, educated, experienced and humble.
His involvement in LR and LR related issues, not only in his own business but also with JLR to share his knowledge and experience is noted within the industry and the brand.

Congrats to the OP and to Peter Street, who set the ball rolling..

Your only 2 posts since 3013 as a Non LR owner are to criticize JLR for fixing a D3.
