Stan. When will you be at Delmas?

There is a spare bedroom for you and wife. And just a few days and the koeksisters will be ready.

    Stan & Anne,

Will follow your trip with utmost interest, both here and on your website. Realy hope to meet you in July somewhere in Uganda - fingers crossed.

I've only learned few Swahili phrases recently, and one that is most often heard on Kilimanjaro is also appropritae for your donkey-trip, IMHO: "Pole pole".

    Safe travels!

Well we hit the road tomorrow morning early! Thanks for all the well wishes and the website is up and running. My next post there will probably be on 23 April when in Maun.

It looks like we will be having exciting times in CKGR. Till then!

    Stan and Anne,

Brilliant! The moment has arrived, the open road now beckons and you will both have the time of your lives. Literally. Enjoy every moment.

    With best wishes,

Enjoy the journey, the destinations go by quickly if that is all you are after, but this seems more like a journey to me

    Thanks Lisa, Flipside and Mike.

Lisa your blogs and subsequent help have been invaluable. You are one of our main inspirations for embarking on this trip.

Mike, you are the original African wanderer and have also inspired us so much!

You must be having a last coffee at home now - make sure the stove is off, the iron is packed away and no meat products left in the fridge.

    Save travels.
