Default Opening a branch in Nigeria?

We have been presented with an opportunity to expand our business into Nigeria.

Has anyone on here done something similar in recent times?

Good luck. You're going to need plenty.

Our company has a branch up there.

Just dispatched a ZA general manager to take over because the locals weren't up to the job.

If it was easy, everybody would be doing it.

We started work on a project development, but pulled out when we realised every single local person was just trying to con/steal our money.

Unless you are going to get paid cash, upfront, for what ever service you provide or product you sell, I would not consider it.

Correct you are! I have no personal first hand experience but do know people up there.
The school fees are huge but like you say nothing is impossible.

    Best of luck.

Trying to understand you gave her a head start over her competition.

She may have had a chance to make choices. Probably even multiple choices.
