    Hiya - I've just heard that the massive fire which has been burning on the other side of the mountain has now come over and Bonniedale is burning

    We were there this weekend ( to test my new Pajero) and saw Saturday night the fire was still on the other side of the mountain. Spoke to the guy from nature conservation Sunday morning and he said it will be good if the hakea on the northern side of the river would burn. Nico agreed with him, the working on fire team are protecting the natural caves. Guy from nature conservation said it was going to be a long week

    This is not good news I hope the homestead is not under thread of burning.
