Mata Mata(Kgaligadi) to Namutoni(Etosha)

Hi Guys!!! All the best for 2015 and happy travels to you all. I need some advice please. We are planning a trip and part of it includes Mata Mata to Namutoni. I enjoy a bit of wildlife photography and wil be camping.
Now my Questions:
1- Can we do it comfortably in 2 days, or wil it be best to do it with 2 nights of camping?
2- Advice on nice places to camp?

We did it the other way round in August, and spent one night in Windhoek to break it up, problem was we missed the border post by 30 minutes so had to spend a night just on the inside of Namibia before crossing over to Mata Mata. Travelled at 100km/h on tar and adjusted accordingly for the dirt roads. I would take two nights next time when planning.
