    Something has play in it.
Pitman, steering rack, tie rod or ball jonts.
    Tyre side walls.
    Even (but unlikely) bearing play.
The wobbling makes worse all the time.

    Ford Ranger Death Wobble...
(F series will do it as well)

Plenty of reasons, but first look for wear/play in everything including the steering box and shaft...

How much play do you have before the tire moves when turning the steering wheel with the engine running? Start there and work onwards from that point...

Iím sure thereís a service bulletin for it as well...
