    Build by Challenger.
Makro also have the ones with a Tent Fitted.

There are a few thread's about the Wilderness 310 and durability in an off-road environment.

I personally use a Challenger Nomad that I had extended to 7ft with braked axle and shocks.

These days I'm grateful doing the old Code 10 (Now EC1) with my friends dad's old Dyna truck many moons ago.
Who did the extension of the trailer and roughly how much would something like that cost. If you don't mind me asking.

Life is a journey, not a race. Enjoy it!

I have a wilderness 310 and the build quality is fair. Not the thickest materials or best couplings to the towball but good for the price. The jurgens xt is definately beter in that respect.
I think the Venter Bushbaby will be the best of the lot

It's a new trailer I had built by Challenger in Naboomspruit.
Frikkie Venter did a great job in a very short time for me.

We used the Standard Nomad design only in 7ft guise.
Added a Braked Axle and shocks.
    GVM 1400kg.

    Price came to around R34k.

Best value I could find for my space, weight and purpose requirements.

It's a dual purpose trailer for me as we are a family of 6.
So when camping I can now load the 500 odd kg of camping goodies and bicycles.

On weekends it does duty conveying garden refuge, sand, bricks etc.

Must say I'm very happy with the trailer. Tow like a dream.
Fitting the braked axle meant that the A frame was lengthened and strengthened to accommodate the braked coupler.
It definitely help with the stability of the trailer.

Even empty no bouncing around with the shocks.

Would not say you don't notice it as the close on 900kg take a wee amount of power to tow. Fuel gauge become a bit of a rev counter.

Have a look at these. This guy builds a great trailer at a reasonable price.

Did you get this sorted out by them?

I'd also like to confirm that the Campmaster Wilderness 310 / Challenger Nomad is a good buy.

The Venters were originally trading as Venter Trailers and they been in business for decades.

For what I do, which is only 1 or 2 camping events per year, I can buy no better.
