    Post Td5 EGR

    Hi All,

I had some reading threads about the Td5 on the forum and it seems omportant to blank off the EGR on the Td5 engine. From what I read it seems that on the newer engines this is not necessary .

Would I have to do this on my engine? (Please have a look at the attached pictures)

I don't think yours have an EGR. Mine does not have and I think Defender TD5's in SA never had EGR's. I could be wrong.

    early models did
from around 2001 the factory blanked them - probably had too many comebacks
