    I doubt I'll get 406 000 (so far) Trouble-free kilometers like my old KB280.
Even the KB300 that was Hi-Jacked had 255 000km on it.
My drivers average around 1600km per month max.
So if it can make it to 150 000km that's 8 years.
    I'm happy with that.

This sounds far fetched, but a service station owner I used to know had small a car rental business as a sideline. He bought a batch of the last commie Dacia double cabs that were dumped in SA during the 90s and they GAVE him 2 or three for free to use as spares !!!

His forecourt foreman was an Ovambo from Namibia and every year in December he'd buy this guy a return bus ticket to Namibia to go home for Christmas. One year he decided he was going to be very generous and gave the last running Dacia to the Ovambo, in place of the bus ticket. The response was "Hau, rather buy me a bus ticket again"

Oh boy. Hope the JMC warranty is worth something. Unless you keep the old Isuzu to drive on the JMC's sick days?

Good luck, and I hope it works out for you.
I am very allergic to anything Chinese at the moment.....

I can't think of a poorer built vehicle. My mates uncle bought one for his farm, but it self destructed in months.
