    Howzit.

I have two of these plants in my garden, and i think both or only one is doing the same ... and they are planted in the same area.
To date they are still healthy and growing, so i would not suspect anything bad, but also that said i am no fundi regarding plants i only have a "green thumb"

Often called a Bottle Palm or an Elephant's Foot Palm or Ponytail Palm (Beaucarnea recurvata). It's not a true palm but is part of the lily family.

You can break those off and plant them.

Yep - Ponytail Palm - see link

I googled Bottle Palm and it looks very different - very palm like while the ponytail palm is droopier and this wavy leaves:

    Bottle Palm

Are they the same thing? I found one site that calls it all 3 names but to me they look very different on the leaf side.
