    Default GV headlight bulbs

Which bulbs are decent replacements for the GV low beam's?
Suzuki replaced mine a while back, I think they were Osram, but they are bad, the light pattern is wrong, and they are not bright enough.

Also what type are they? I think they are H7, but can't find out for sure. also, what bulbs do the fog lights take?

I used Osram nightbreakers in the previous GV and they were great. Good light spread and good light colour.

    Default Light Bulb No.

Also if you look in your GV Owner's manual on page 11-5, there is a section with all the bulb numbers ...

I want to replace the high beam bulbs with something better and got a quote from Midas for Osram "normal" bulbs for R76ea and Phillips Crystal Vision for R233ea. He could not give me a price on the Osram Knightbreakers.
Sheezzee what a difference in price .... Are they really that much better?

I stuck some nightbreakers in about a week after getting my GV, they definitly give a nicer light.
Thing with lightbulbs is over time they dull anyway so if you always want that crisp white light you will end up replacing quite often.

    BUMP..
Has anyone bothered to replace their light bulbs with anything other than halogens? (night breakers etc). I see there is new Osram night breaker laser bulbs but their lifespan is decidedly short. I am one of those people that drive with their lights on quite often during the day.

Any other options worth considering..? I don't find the OEM low beams(H7) all that great at all.

I replaced mine with Night breakers. Nice improvement.

I put the Phillips Extreme Vision in the Jimny, they are even better then the night breakers.

    Hi Guys
I've had both Osram Night Breakers and Phillips Crystal Vision on both my Jimny and Grand Vitara and the Phillips Crystal Vision are (excuse the pun) day and night brighter than the Osram's!
That's why they cost a little more ......

    Regards

3.2 V6 has xenon projectors for low beams and mine are still going strong, after nine years. My main beams and KC Spots are Night Breakers.
