    Default first 4x4 outing

Last weekend we went out to the transkei for some off roading the first time I used the can's 4x4 hi and lo it handled itself well came short on some parts with out diff-lock , I know I should have used more momentum with the LSD but the can sits low to the ground so I didn't want to damage the undercarriage but I complete the entire trip without being towed once
This got me thinking i should source a diff from a gen2 Pejero and fit it
Not sure on how to post pics otherwise I would be happy to post some

Or you can get a front or rear diff locker from Megaworld. I have both and it made a huge difference. Look at previous posts from both myself or Terraza (who also has both)

OK will do.I also want to give the can a lift , it has the Iron man coils and shocks, but the lift isn't that high. In the front I know what to do but don't know what to do about lifting the back do Iron-man sell a uprated suspension from the ones i already have?

Nope, you will have to do a body lift taking into consideration the airflow on your radiator. Speak to Morton, there is nothing his Can don't have except a self dispensing-beer-making-thingymajik...............

I measured my clearance from the ground to the rear diff and it was round about 210mm that means my car hasn't been raised at all

I have the uprated torsion bars and did lift the front but I want at least a 2" lift the avoid beaching all the time

I know you can go 265/70/16 with the TJM/Ironman suspension. Bodylift not gonna help you there.

Main problem is the front wheels in the sense of catching when you turn the wheels full tilt to either side. Maybe do a test with only the 2 front ones fitted and see if they catch somewhere, if not, you a for a way.
