    Wonderfull to know - Community Forum will visit 3 Provinces again. As been said - some gentlemans in this team. A fantastic group. Thanks for the beautiful pictures.
    Don't forget to bring along your fishing rods this time - the Black Bass are biting well.
    The boy's enjoy swimming in the dams as well -jumping out of the Willow tree into the water - great fun.

    You needed rates - I'll give a quick summary:
    My Cell: Ronel @ 0827858002

    Tent
    Do you want me to get a tent again - latest cost for hiring was +/- R600 per day x 3 days = R1800 - you can take it for less days as well.

    4 Mountain Cabins
    We don’t mind if you want to put up tents next to the cabins – camping fees will apply. Please keep in mind that the campers will have to use the ablusion inside the cabins.
    2 Rock Cabins (New):
    1 Rock Cabin can accommodate 6 persons - open plan – self catering:
    R440 per cabin for 2 or less persons per cabin; OR in one cabin per person per night: R190 p.p.p.n for 3 or 4 persons; R150 p.p.p.n for 5 or more persons. R95 p.kid.p.n for kids under 12 - under 2 years are free.
    2 Log Cabins:
    1 Log Cabin – can accommodate 4 persons and the other one 6 persons - open plan – self catering:
    R400 per cabin for 2 or less persons per cabin; OR in one cabin per person per night: R170 p.p.p.n for 3 or 4 persons; R140 p.p.p.n for 5 or more persons. R85 p.kid.p.n for kids under 12 - under 2 years are free.

    Camping:
    There are 42 stands & space for +/- 70 persons – no electricity – lite a donkey for hot water (we provide wood)
    1 Vehicle per stand.
    R110 for first 2 persons per stand per night plus R45 per person extra per stand to a maximum of 6 persons. Children under 2 years are free.

    Contact us for the rest of rates of different accommodation.


    4x4 Trails:
    3 Provinsies Main Trail - 34 km takes 4-6 hours:
    R180 per 4x4 vehicle
    R110 per quad or motorbike – bring your own quad (not for hire)
    Short trails:
    Bobbejaankrans - 5km takes about 1½ hours & Tierklooftrail - 8km takes about 2 hours:
    If you do one or both trails – rates stay the same.
    R80 per 4x4 vehicle
    R60 per quad of motorfiets
    New Trail:
    Walletjiestraat - 1km takes 1½-2 hours:
    R50 per 4x4 vehicle
    R30 per quad or motorbike
    Roodedraai Battlefields Trail:
    Must be a Group of no less than 15 persons and 6 Vehicles - to be pre-arranged
    R180 per 4x4 vehicle
    R110 per quad or motorfiets
    R60 per person for Museum entry, "Bakoondbrood" en horse cart rides- and/or Pony rides - to be booked up front.
    For group less than 15 persons and 6 Vehicles – minimum cost of R1980.

    Guide:
    If you need a guide.
    R200 – if guide goes with in one of your vehicles
    R500 – if guide uses his own vehicle

    Braai wood:
    R25 for a big bag.

    Catering:
    Breakfast: R80 per person x 20 = R1600
    Dinner: R110 per person x 20 = R2200
    Take note: We do not cater for less than 20 adult persons per meal.

    3 Provinsies Shirts & 3D Hunting Jackets:
    As long as stocks last
    R200 - Mens shirts
    R240 - Ladies shirts
    R380 - Adults Hunting Jackets
    R290 - Child Hunting Jackets
    R80 - Caps
    R40 - 3 Provinsies material Logo

    Clay pigeon shooting:
    R60 for 5 shots – we provide a rifle


    Angling:
    Catch & Release is preferable, but if you need something for dinner you're welcome to take some Bass home
    R45 per kg.

    I have added to first post.
    Its best for all to do their own bookings and then to confirm.

    I need to see how many people confirm to do additional planning, regarding route group size, special events etc.

    Everyone is welcome to book Mountain cabins if you do not prefer camping. It is about 3 km from the campsite. The new Rock cabins makes it worth driving all the way. Please give me a call, then we can confirm the booking. 0827858002
