    Can't help myself... Sorry

    where were we?

    ah yes...

there is A fortuner running around here, don't know if it's a forum member, white, black Burnco Bumpers (which are a LOT nicer than the horrible one in the pic above) , Black mags, lift, snorkel, spare wheel carrier , lots of spots etc..

covers most of the bodywork up in fact.

That looks considerably better than standard I must say....

Got to say, just fitted the snorkel to my jeep - Looks nice, but the bonus is the NOISE....

also on the right hand side just above your ear - now when you floor it , it sounds AWESOME.

    worth it just for that.

Practical on dirtroads plus it gives you peace of mind in water, even in a shallow crossing you can end up sinking in and getting up over the wheels which is nerve wracking.

looks cool too, bit of black to break up the white...

R1500 is really cheap. I just called them and they confirmed it. Might as well stick on some lipstick on my piglet at that price.......

TJM snorkel makes the best looking snorkel for the Fortuner You do however pay a premium!

Why has nobody ever corrected that horrible narrow wheel base with decent rims or spacers?
It would also counteract on the top-heavy, tipping, rolling factor and it would look so much cooler.

It often occurred to me when following a tuna that the thing looks awfully narrow with OEM rims and marie bisquit tyres.

    So guys a challenge:
WHO CAN PRODUCE A DECENT STANDING TUNA WITH AN ACCEPTABLE WHEEL BASE?

Note: The fender flares would allow for wider rims and larger tyre, especially when lifted.
