This was our camp in Karoo National Park. Seeing that it was tame camping swambo and I slept on ground in the big tent. Twins slept on trailer in RTT.

Hehehehe Paul. Normally swambo and I occupy the tent on the trailer The twins sleep in the RTT on the bakkie - in the second pic you can just see the back of the bakkie with the RTT on it. The one on the bakkie is 1,2m wide, while the one on the trailer is 1,4m wide. More comfort for the old folks....and less climbing for swambo!

This was our set-up at Warmwaterberg in September. Because we were there for a few days, we put the tent side walls on for the first time. Swambo loved all the space.

I see you have a collapsible kettle?

How careful do you have to be with a gas stove?

I've only just got it but I turned the burner too high the first morning and it didn't damage it. I now try and keep the flame under the stainless steel bottom, just in case and it works well. It's relieved quite a bit of space for me though, so well worth it. On special at Campworld at the moment for under R300.

I like to keep mine simple.
It serves me on a short hit and run, as well as extended stay's.
The setup is light enough to open the trailer lid even with the tent set up.
A battery pack supply's the power I need.

I want to take 5 minutes to set up and a few more to pack up.
