    He deleted them probably found out that the new portable compressors are much better and easier to operate no major building and modifications

    Space issues?
    Mount & wire a decent electric pump into the engine compartment, no need for access to a pulley or belt drive. Fit a quick coupler on your air hose (stash behind the seat) and off you go. No wasting fuel while the vehicle idles to drive the pump.
    Seen some tour operators in the Namib with this arrangement.

    ....i removed it because your average white Toyota driver with "bolt-on" accessories who only requires a tool to pump his tyres will never need a York OBA installation or understand why somebody would do one.......this is after all just the "Tyre chat" section.

    Dag manne ek het ook n aiconpomp op my ou cruiser plaasbakkie. My wereld kry jy baie pap wiele. Ek het n ou Land Rover starter die ou 2.25l petrol sin en die pomp op n voetstuk gesit met n beltdrive.Die pomp sit onder die linker seat en met solenoid en switch om aan en af te sit Pomp 4 7.50x16 bande binne 8min. Die bakkie moet net lekker vinneg idle om battery te laai.As hy op is gooi weg en kry ander een by scrapyard.Myne werk al 10jaar
