I would also like to know.

I heard from Attie some people got stuck on the river bank over the weekend. Apparently in a Land Rover. Also heard others battled to go up the Z-turn.

I am going there this Sunday to check on the trail progress.

    Hey guys
This is an awesome trail, we really enjoyed it! We did struggle on the z-turn u but i guess we just needed a much lower tyre pressure and diff lock would of made it easier. When we got to the top of the mountain Flip was busy with the back actor there. And yes there were two Land Rovers stuck on the island somewhere. The part that I like is the rocky section marked with white paint. Attie is a cool guy and very helpful he also has the bar on the river where you can enjoy a cold one after the trail.

I am def going back here soon!

Ok, so my brother and I spent some time today at Attie's place. We explored some extended trails on the river bank and a challenging grade 5 obstacle on top of the hill. What an awesome day!

And then, as if there wasn't enough action, I had to go and plough into the exact same spot where 2 Landies got stuck a week ago! Fortunately, after much effort my boet managed to recover me.

This doesn't look like much, but believe me - this is definitely a grade 5 obstacle. Waiting to see who manages to conquer this one next. My brother tried very hard with his SWB Pajero with diff lock but had to surrender. Who's next?

Not much to go by but from what I see that looks like a 3.5 at most.

    Have any other pics?

Nice video looks like lot of small rocks, one question did he deflate his tyre's a bit before he went on this piece of road. Because he bounce a lot and lose his traction, maybe to fast. But what do i know i'm just a beginner.

He did deflate to 1.6 bar. Lower would probably have helped a lot.

Maybe another Idea for the trail would be to have a map of the route and also to number the obstacles. Also maybe rate the obstacles (it will help to decide should you attempt the obstacle or not).

    Looking good so far.

Mapping and route identification will be done soon when the trail is finished. It is also difficult to grade obstacles during the initial stages, as the terrain changes a lot.
