Well to be 100% honest it was not my favourite Patrol but I knew the previous owner and he drove more long distance and sand road type driving. I doubt the car has ever seen a trail. It's a 2001 3.0 diesel and is really well looked after. If it coughed he put it into hospital. It has a full (just about) service history with only one or two services not stamped. No extras except for running boards which don't even have a scratch on them, they will have to be removed in a hurry .. Brand new (+/- 4000 Km) BF all terrains x5 and a built in compressor is about all.

    Sorry Patrol slang...
You answered above ZD30 is the 3L 4-Cyl Diesel
The TD42 is 4.2 6-Cyl also Diesel and coming with or without Turbo.

Ok, I will learn. I wanted the TD42 and that's what the hold up was. They are really scarce and when you find one it "past it's time" The 4,5 petrol is fairly widely available and good buys are to be had but the consumption was a bit of a concern. Let's hope the 3.0 diesel keeps going, I have heard some horror stories about them.
I am really in 7th heaven though as a Patrol has been at the top of my list for probably 5 years now and it's happened.
