This is not the final route but just a draft so far, please gives your comments on better routes and If possible camp sites on the routes would be very awesome

About 10km in Moz from the border is a very nice campsite. Also about 60 km north of Maputo there is Blue Anchor Inn

I've done no research on it at all, but the route through Magude to Moamba to skip Maputo caught my eye on the way back from Guinjata Bay. Mainly because the EN1 gets very monotonous, and I was after a proper 4x4 trip, not a highway holiday. Also, Maputo is not a fun place.

Maybe someone else can comment on places to stay and route conditions...

Actually you must spend time in EITHER Kruger OR the Mozambican side of the Transfrontier Park - here are the rules (from http://www.sanparks.org/parks/kruger...iriyondo.php):

"A minimum of one night stay in either Kruger National Park or Limpopo National Park is required to be allowed to pass through the Giriyondo or Pafuri border posts. If documentary proof of such booking in the official overnight accommodation within these two parks cannot be provided, visitors will not be allowed to cross these two border posts. The date of such official booking must correspond with the date of crossing one of the border posts in that the date of the booking must either directly precede or directly follow the date of the official accommodation booking."
