Nou is my draai sirkel van lock tot lock net n klein bietjie kleiner.

En pasop jy ry nou baie makliker oor jou eie mudflaps in die veld

I have 285/70/17's on my rok.
The rims i am running are A-Line with a +38mm offset. Also have the MAD 35mm suspension lift installed with standard shocks.
I had minor rubbing up front, so needed to remove my front mudflaps to stop rubbing, now it cleares everything even at full lock.
Ps, on the standard rims you cannot go wider than 265 without interference with the upper ball joint.

    Thanks Clubbie.
If I had to do it all over again, I would not go with 33's again. Or if I could find a 245 or 265 wide 33" I would go with this over the 285.
But I must agree with Riaan, I find that running the 265/70/17 for everyday use to be ideal.

I'm busy doing some new stuff to my 'Rok, part of which is changing rims and tyres. Currently I'm running the 18's on 265/65's BFG AT's, and looking to change to 16's on BFG KO2 AT 265/75. OD is pretty much exactly the same, but with a heck of a lot more rubber to absorb the terrain. Anyone run this combo? Would appreciate any feedback as to how they performed on and off the beaten trail. Thanks!

    Hi Hendrik

Sorry for the late reply, missed your question. I didnt like the BFG's in sand at all. They did not deflate nicely to allow for better traction. When I let them down too much they debeaded the rim. I changed to an auto last year - running the 17" rims with Goodyear 265 65 17 A/T

How would you rate the sidewall compared to BF AT Ko2 I want to put some steel 16 in rims on my DC auto , currently have BFG mudterrain on the standard rims but the shlep of changing the tyres when I do a trip is getting to me. I do a lot of onroad driving and prefer the standard tyres for this. My 17 in muds and all terrains might be for sale soon.

I honestly can't comment. I did around 40 k km on mine before I sold the car. Varied terrain on trails but mostly tar. Had a cut on a side wall, spinning tires on a rock ledge but tire held up

I never had a flat with these
