Nou ja, dit was my 2sente. Sterkte

Read through this thread from start, thanks for all the info.

I am in a tossup between the Vlooi and the Boskriek.

There is good arguments for both, but one thing that may be the decider is, and maybe you can help me here
-- can you access the fridge from inside the caravan in the boskriek through the base of the bed?

The Vlooi looks like it is a solid bulkhead so I guess no access from inside?
That solid bulkhead in the Vlooi probably makes it a bit more robust, but I like the "window" effect in the Boskriek.

The other thing that appeals to me is, as a three sleeper the Boskriek may just be a bit easier to resell, if I needed to.

Yes, you can access the fridge from inside through the base of the front bed. It will be a difficult exercise though; fridge is deep and bed is high

Maybe a stupid question, but why would you want access the fridge from the inside if your kitchen is on the outside?...we love our Vlooitjie thanks to Uys...the extra packing space is such a bonus...Boskriek selling quiker than a Vlooi because of extra bunk..doubt it...each one has its market.

Do not let that influence you decision. The reason for that hatch is for easy access during the assembly process and not for access to the fridge. My 1st Miskruier B8 actually had a solid base under the front bed - no hatch.

    Hi,

Default Bush Lapa Vlooi, first impressions

As ek kyk hoeveel spasie my kantseile opneem, sal daardie spasie daardeur opgeneem word.
    Groete

On impulse collected a Vlooi today. My first impression and interaction with the owner was impressed. Love the compact package. Any comments for niggles or issues, can't find any after full scrutiny of the Vlooi. Found the mattress on the floor after returning from Pretoria. Any other commitments will be appreciated. Just want to camp now.

    Congrats!

Nothing holding the mattress in place so it will slide off. We pack tables and chair in the little gully, that stops it from falling off completely. I know some owners put the mattress upright and fasten it with a bungee cord.

Thank you for the feedback. Was thinking op using valcro to keep in place, will have to plan properly as the mattress is not in the same position when the bed is closed.
