    Marshalls?

Also speak to me regarding the required banner tape!

I'll sleep in my own bed, but I'll be there!

Anybody got a fishermans rubber suit? We'll have to walk that mudpit first to make sure there are no hidden rocks, logs, etc. Also to establish the water level. Don't want the guys to go damage their vehicles.

Hillbilly(Gavin) has volunteered to walk/swim the dam Sakkie
So that frees you up to get stuck....

@ Condor-If you can get red banner tape we sure would appreciate it
We also need plastic poles if anybody has a supplier(cheap)
We've budgeted R25 from the entry fee -R225 per 4x4,so we should have about R300 for tape etc.

Marshalls will be wearing reflective thingies.

Doing a 'Relay Marshall' system so they can join in in the night drive-organised.

They will get briefed on the saturday when we mark the night drive.
So those there early enough might get roped in

Uncle Rob form what time will you be there on Saturday?
Do we pay the R200 where we always pay and the R25 we give to you?

I will try and be early, bringing the caravan for Swambo and the baby so they can be comfortable so have to set that up and them I'm available to help you guys

I'll get there about 10.13am,set up my portable harem, plug in my TV,stack my bookshelf etc
    Then go get stuck...

The R200 is to Heidelberg4x4,Graham(owner) said he will be around, might make it easier to also give the R25 to him and then he can pass on,then collecting and giving change is all done once?
