Stromberg cd 175 tuning

Hey guys, im new to the forum and 4x4 world. Bought a 1983 range rover. She ran beutifully but at about 100kph she started strugling. Fixed a torn diafram and vacuum pipe. Also fitted k&n filters so now need to tune the carb.

Does anyone know of someone in stellenbosch area that can adjust stromberg carbs. Got the manual but strugling to get it running smoothly.

Any help would be great.
