Soutè unions in a pan with some oil. Add the following to taste, brown vinegar, brown sugar, meat masala, curry, meat spice, chutney, I also add corriander, star anys, cardamom pods. Let it simmer and then cool down. Add meat and let it marinade at least 3 to 5 days in the fridge. Also nice to put whole lamb chops in the marinade.
Put some extra meat spice and corriander during braai, and mind your fingers when you enjoy.

Ek gaanjul my wenresep gee.

    8 Uie sny in ringe
    2 eetlepels Kerriepoeier
    1 e Borrie
    4 eetlepels Suiker
    2 eetlepels Maziena
    2 koppies Asyn
    2 koppies Water
    1 koppie Blatjang
    1 koppie Appelkooskonfyt

    Terloops, varkvleis maak fantastiese sosaties.
