    lost my service book
    now what
    bakkie standing at dealers since monday they haven't touched it

    Sort of in a way cos it's a warantie claim for the 4x4 selector
    But also given the run around

    But surely they have your service history on their computers? Even if they pull up the invoices related to your registration?

    Ya that's fine if you always service at the same place but I don't
    I'm on my 3rd dealer now and he's only done 1 service so far

    there must be an easy way to get the info, but if there isnt then the only thing i can think of would be to get a replacement book and then go to the dealers and have them stamp the book? but eish what a schlep!

    This is still not sorted but the dealer tell me I have nothing to worry about as they just phone the service plan people and get all the info
