Ok so my EFS lift is in!

I did the 50mm lift Ratings: 40-70kg front and 150kg rear. (i'm going to be doing a shelf / packing system in the back.)
It's got the castor correction bushes in and the steering damper.

The steering damper makes a big difference, not sure about the mechanical stuff Jab, but I can assure you there is a difference

    Handles and drives great!
It looks quite a bit higher than anticipated, esp in the rear. Still havent done measurements but the fitment center said 50mm front 70mm rear

Anyway very happy with it and it looks great in that stance.

There is one issue however and that is with the brake lines. I was under the impression 50mm lift wont have any issues at all, but to me this is too short.

Can anyone with a lift or stock post a pic of their brake lines please? I spoke to DCR and he reckons something is not right as his was the same kit and did not need to extend the brake lines. Everything looks fine though.
I spoke to Vise and said his also did this and he extended it.

Looks epic, put you won't be able to do axle twisters with those brake lines

What are you going to do now, extend the lines?

Thanks MOJ! it looks even better in the flesh.

    Yup!
Going to extend the brake line. Basically just that one that needs to be extended as the rear brake (hand brake) moves with the arm.

I'd still like to know why my Jimny needs the brake line extension. Although Vise also said his needed extending as well, but no one else that had the same lift needed brake line extensions.
I'm going to double check the part numbers to make sure of everything. All I know it feels and rides great, and it's high. Nothing seems out of place.

The installer made a bit of a mistake, luckily it was spotted it and it's back there today for doing the change. Will see if that negates the need for the brake line extensions. but yeah not an issue to extend it anyway for safety sake.
    Will report back.

MOJ, it's just about getting your priorities in line

    Give that man a Bells!

yeah they feel pretty embarrassed and apologetic about it and offered a loan car while sorting it out quickly.
It's ready for me to go and collect now so will pop over in a moment. Seriously hope it's sorted correctly now.

    Front to back...?
Did the car lean to the one side?
At the back to one spring is shorter than the other one. So if they put the rear springs in front, the car would probably be lower on the one side as the front springs are the same length...

Or am I remembering crap now

See pic of my OME springs.

    Got my Suki back!

NOW she drives even better and the lift looks right, as does the brake lines. I might extend them anyway as on full articulation it might still pull. The front and rear is now the same height. The back is soaking up the bumps much better as it was a little hard previously but I thought it was because of the 150KG rating.

Will take pics when I inspect it more closely tonight.
