    Default Time to introduce PAJTU

I had no intention to sell Paj, but when this one came up, it was just too good to pass on.

    This is PAJTU a 2004 3.8i LWB. A genuine 162 000 on the clock.

Good nick, got it at a price I was happy with and Paj sold within 2 days. Wish I had 5 of, I could have sold all. Drivers seat a bit scruffy but we will fix that. Other than the camping stuff we intend to keep this one fairly stock for our overlanding trips.

As an insurance broker I know the trade retail and so on. They wanted 115 plus 4k on road costs.

We stole it from them at 106 and 2k on road costs. Market price at less than 15kms per year. We did well for a full house at the time car. sun roof , electric seat/mirrors, 6 cd changer plus plus.

Saw this vehicle in person last weekend, the photos do not do it justice...for overlanding this is a very nice vehicle!
IFS is like a swambo, soft, sexy and expensive!

Apparently I need to make the airplane noises like mommy does when I try to spoon feed you the info..

    Hi Stranger.
    Lovely girl that.
I'm starting to think the 04 - 07 Gen3 3.8V6 Pajeros are going to go down in history as the best version to ever roll off the Pajero assembly line.
Are we going to meet Paj(2) on the Barberton mountains?

Yeah, you should if all goes well. I promised as this is your last one that I would sign up for the trip, even forgoing my September Mabua plans.

Hell nothing fits in PAJTU like it did in the original Paj, so the modifications are coming along slowly. We have Kruger in July for my 37th wedding ani, so we are sure we will have all the kinks worked out for Eureka.

    regards

Thanks, and we agree, a mate of mine who drives a Porsche Cayenne said "it is too nice to be a camper"

Now I have to fight with Swambo every time I want to stick something, modify, drill or make a hole.

The big upside is, unlike Paj, she enjoys driving PAJTU and is even willing to learn 4x4.

Well done on the purchase, that is an awesome car, I wish you guys many happy km behind the wheel.

PS - I have an African Outback "two drawer system" for sale, it came from a Gen3 but I made a very small mod to make it fit the Gen 4. I will give it to you for a very reasonable price, send me a PM.

Congrats Stranger, hopefully by the end of the week I can also introduce a Paj, the fourth Mitsubishi that I purchased. We will have two in the house then, I just can't bear to let Triton go.

Will have to learn to drive the autobox offroad too, whole new learning experience waiting.
