    Default Shongweni River Route

    I'm driving the Shongweni River Route on Sunday. Meeting 09:00 at the Garage on Kassie rd between the N3 and N13.

    Anybody wants to join please feel free, bring the wife & kids. They tend to ensure that no stupid risks are taken

    Saturday the 11th August we're going up to Shongweni again. Meeting at the Engen Garage on Kassie rd between the N3 and M13

    S29 47' 43.8" E30 44' 32.2"

    Family outing, so bring the wife and kids. Grade 3 on a 1-5 scale.

    Leaving @ 09:00. 4-5hours depending on the head count, so bring something to knibble on.

    Will the suzuki be ableto handle it?
    Going up sani this weekend with the 4x4 club but would love to join you guys on the 11th.

    Hi, 4 Wheel Lover. I live just down the drag from Shongweni. I have a s/c Hardbody 2.7D 4x4, I asume will be fine for that sort of terrain? Could I tag along with you guys? Are there any entrance fees, etc?
    PS Im still a novice

    Of course you can join us, and don't worry about your vehicle, she'll be just fine. I'M the one who normally goes into unthinkable places and often needs recovery!

    There's no entry fee either.

    Yes it was great. Some "good" recoveries My wife is just moaning about the ding on the passenger door. I cannot say where that came from.

    And the cure is R15k for a 2,5" calmini lift.
    Plus R5k for BIGGER tyres

    OR

    Sell it and buy an Isuzu Frontier.
