Brandstof verbruik is meestal 7,13 km/l selfs sonder sleepwa. Ons spoed is 110-115km/h as die pad kondisies dit toelaat anders stadiger.

    Dan is iets fout.

    Begin met diens.

    Delo 400 olie

Sal as laaste uitweg pomp kalibreer.

Ek ry baie ‘mooi’ as reël en glo ek kan 9 km/l kry en selfs meer...

    Los die exhaust
    Volg band druk in handleiding

2002 Pajero 3.2 DiD 4x4 long wheel base. We had the clutch repaired, after that the speed reading and km reading stood still. Bought a new sensor, still has the same problem, where to look next? Did check all of the fuses as well.Click image for larger version.

Default 12v air compressors - Mounted under hood Gen 4 Pajero

I plan to mount a compressor to inflate and deflate tyres permanently under the hood. I like the idea of always having air available and to have one less thing to pack.
Any advice on specialist installers and ideally photos and specs would be appreciated. Was the Legend version provided with an on board compressor?

I installed mine myself by fabricating an aluminum flat bar bracket in the space against the firewall where the normal second battery goes.

Alternatively you can get 4x4 Megaworld or similar place to install one for you.

    Default Buying my First Pajero

    Hi there.

I am new to the forum and I actually don't know if this post is under the right thread or If it would actually reach the right people.

I currently drive a Mazda Drifter D/C which I am totally satisfied with, but it's only 2WD. I am engaged to a lady that comes from a family where everyone owns a 4x4. I have been on a few 4x4 excursions with them and I would like to give the 4x4 thing a chance.

One of my fiance's family members drives a Diahatsu Rocky SWB which in my opinion is a very capable off roader. Because of this vehicle, I have decided I too would like a short wheel base vehicle - for various reasons, the first being it's off road capability. I would also only be using it on the weekends and on 4x4 holidays.

I would like to buy a newer vehicle than Riaan's Rocky. I actually like the look of the Pajero's.

If I decide on a Gen 3 Pajero, I think I would opt for the 3.2 DiD, but I have heard that these drive trains are expensive to maintain. If I decide on a Gen 4, I think I would opt for the 3.8 V6.

My budget is between R150k and R200k and would prefer a vehicle with less than 200k kms on the clock.

Would anyone be so kind as to give me advice on which Gen and model to choose? What should I know before buying a Pajero and are the any things I should be on the look-out for when viewing/test driving the various models before I make my decision?

    Thanks a lot.

So I am still having issue. Sometimes when I start the car it's already in limp mode stuck in 1st gear. Sometimes it fixes it self but now it's been in limp mode for 2 days.
A guy did a diagnostic previously when I had the problem, said could not find the problem or does not pick up anything.
Then another checked the ABS sensors (as the traction control light, abs light Comes on and centre diff flashes) did diagnostic test again. Said it was fine.
limp mode again - Guy said the abs ring is damaged - needed to replace the CV joint. Did that. Still no change.
Been going in and out of limp mode but now no change. Tried at home diagnostic, doesn't pick up the cars ECU.
Could the ECU been the problem all along?
(Disconnected the battery twice just to get it back with no luck)

(Also picked up it definitely happens when I try to put it in 4x4)

What do I ask them to check except for the ECU.
REALLY been a struggle as no one takes a women seriously in the industry.

Thats not far off no.The guys who drive very easy get maybe 10.5kml open road and around 8-8.5kml in town
Being an 09 it is maybe a good time to have the inlet cleaned.im sure its also very gunked up and will contribute to a higher consumption
