Oscar, the trip we did was a walk in the park, and I doubt it would be a good practice round for baboons. 95% of the trip was toyota plaasbakkie type of roads, so maybe you would find it challenging
Although there were one or two interesting obstacles that tested the landy's and jeeps

I hope the second trip will be a bit more challenging

You'de better hurry to do Baboons Pass, when we were there a while ago they were building the 'road' so the officials could get to the villages there in a normal bakkie.
    Everybodies looking for another challenge......

We are all in charge Except you

How about a weekend in October. I think DVR needs to let us know, as far as I know he is the only one that knows where to go.
And I think we should do the big gahoona trail this time. And camp over on the trail the one night.
    No turning back!

    LOL
All the other long weekends are full.

You will have to put in 1 day leave, and make sure you don't work that weekend

DvR is very busy running trail in the berg , most of the time guys book him and arrange their own group to go do the trails , from mild to wild , depends on what you want .
Ps this is my take on it , DvR mite be here soon to give his view , but this is what info I have , they doing another trip in September , 20 -24 , last add seen was that they had 3 spots open . Can see the add on JEEP FREAKS Fb page . Hein is one of the guys arranging trips with him
