Congrats. You must be relieved to have a booking.
    We are booked for September.

    Hi Ofe001,

Please PM me and let me know who you contacted to organise the Kgalagadi camps. My wife has now been trying for more than 2 weeks to contact the Botswana crowd in Gabarone by phone without any luck.

Your help will be truly appreciated!!

Happy camping mate, I am pleased you got it all arranged!! Have fun!

Mistral, any suggestions?! Thanks in advance.

Aviator609, I battled equally as long. My tracked e mails were only answered between one and two weeks after sending them. I tried calling (+267) 3180774 but this number just rings. I got better response by calling (+267) 3971405
    Good luck

We managed to get sorted out by the Maun office on +267 6861265. When we got through to Maun they phoned the Gabs office and did the booking for us while we held the line. (They said they have as much trouble getting hold of the Gabs office as anyone else but were just lucky that day)
