    Self edited.

Enjoy our parks everyone who is fortunate to camp in one currently. I would have loved the KTP now, it would be so quiet!

Yes Correct but thats for HUTS and SAFARI TENTS with their own ablutions ..Not general camping thats still way off where there are communal ablutions. We had to cancel our Sept Shingwedzi camping of 3 weeks as it was no longer available until further notice ..ie 'The end of the Month' we had booked for until 23 Sept .. The only camping that maybe open soon at SANParks would be at Nossob in their luxury campsites with private bathrooms (NOT the general old campsite ) and Mokala NP which has a camp site os 3-4 sites with private ablutions .. We were devastated to have to cancel our annual Kruger booking ...First year I will be missing since 1951

If that is correct, we will have camp sites with green grass at Kruger by the time they decide to open them again. Would really like to go in December.

    Hi Peter
I called the cell number given for Tsendze earlier today, 0828021113, and the lady said they are open from 14th. If Tsendze doesn't fit your description then apologies.

Not this weekend, but certainly next weekend.

In a spot in the Cederberg, no signal, no lockdown, no people except us.

    Maybe we return.

I booked the other day for 6 nights camping at Letaba 5 to 11 September. Got pensioner's discount. They told me that the October / November pensioner's discount had changed to 11 to 24 October and 30 October to 10 December. Need to take proof of residence eg municipal account.

Pete you really are one of the strangest people on this forum. Most people are accidentally ignorant somehow you seem to make a point of remaining ignorant

    https://www.sanparks.org/parks/kruge....php?resort=37

Just for the record here is Crocodile Bridge showing a number of campsite bookings.

As Johan rightly says this thread is now getting ugly and therefore there is no need to engage with Petes delusions after this however in the interest of people who have the opportunity to contribute to their local SAN Parks economy its important to clarify that CAMPSITE BOOKINGS ARE OPEN! There is nothing special about shared ablutions!

Here is another angle. We arrived in the dark of night. Picked the first spot we could find.

Gisteroggend in ysreen opgepak en was teen 09h30 by huis.
