    Default Landy worx fantastic service!

    Hi chaps
Just want to share a happy story. A while back my 300tdi burst a pipe and overheated. I had it towed to a garage and after a few weeks of anxious waiting I was told that the head gasket had gone but also that the engine would need a complete rebuild if I ever wanted it to work again. R35 000 was the rough estimate. Sure enough with the head back on the landy would not start for anything. Not having that kind of money available I sadly had the Landy towed home where it sat.
I then heard very good stuff about Landy worx(moto worx) in Randburg and after having a great chat to Walter on the phone I had the landy flatbedded to Landyworx on a Saturday morning. Peter and Walter were fantastic and even though it was early December they said they'd try their best to have it running by Christmas. I was not confident at all and resigned myself to the fact that this would be a long and expensive exercise. A week before christmas I got a call from Peter- They had indeed got my Landy running! No need for an engine rebuild they had sorted out the timing and a few other items that had been done incorrectly and there I was a week before christmas with my landy back. It cost a fraction of what a rebuild would have cost and she is driving better than ever. I cant recommend landy worx enough, they are very friendly and incredibly knowledgeable. A massive thanks to Peter and Walter!

    Hi Matuka

I saw your rig standing there at Landyworx. I fully endorse your statements about Peter (owner) and Walter.

They are the only persons I allow near my wife's D3. When the turbo blew, they sorted it and together with P+W we came up with a few mods to drastically increase the lifespan of those turbos.

    Hi Matuka,
I have recently purchased a Land 300Tdi, and need to have some work done, servicings, diesel pump calibration, injectors checked etc. As you will see from my address I am currently in Kuwait and would appreciate if you could pm me Landyworx contact details, phone numbers etc so that I can contact them.

Which landy was yours? The dark blue 110 ?

I saw a few ones standing there when I took mine in for a service.

They have only done minor services on mine and nothing was really ever broken but I am 1000% behind you on this one, these guys seem to know what they are doing and are very presentable and honest too!

Go next door to Model Train Exchange and have a browse around, they'll probably have to phone you from Landyworx to get you out of there again

SWAMBO's landy was there for 2 days to resolve an issue which another indy couldn't, and at the end of it all i got charged 1 full hour of labour with the landy being fixed and in tip-top shape

double thumbs up for Landy Worx......no doubt i won't be going anywhere else in future

    Hi guys

had the TDV6 at Landyworx yesterday morning for a lube service and a new diesel filter prior to scheduled trip to Cape Town.

As always one is made welcome by Peter and his crew and the job was done right first time.

Our TDV6 is always booked in with Peter, be it a lube service or a more intricate job such as fitting a new turbo.

    Thanks Peter
