Saw it again this December when we passed through Elliott....that part of the EC is proper green this year.

Dit is vir my ongelooflik hoe klein dorpies sulke ongelooflike kerke het. Soos ek verstaan het Gobabis die meeste kerke per aantal memse in die land. Wil nog eendag almal gaan tel

NG Kerk in Elliot.

Some background on the small church/replica. It's a remembrance building holding the ashes of those who passed. A rose is also planted in the rose garden in front of it for every person that passes on, with a stone at its base with the persons name on it. There is a rose planted there for my mother they even went as far as to get the stone from the farm where my parents farmed all the years.
