Re: Fixing a broken rod tip

To reduce the stres on the ends of the carbon rod and not affect the action too much keep it short but extend your wrap beyond the ends of the internal rod to strengthen those 2 contact points.

Re: Fixing a broken rod tip

The sosatie stokkie wont do it, I used sosatie stokkies a lot in for radoi control model planes, you can get carbon fibre rods in hobbyshops for very little money that will do a much better job.

Re: Guys, PLEASE!!! ALWAYS 4x4 on gravel

Funny thing is I often use the ridge, most often on a bike. If I feel my speed is slighty high in a turn I will allow myself to slowly drift out to the ridge and then use the ridge as a bank.

Re: Full size spare tyre on 2020 RAV4 2.0 VX

You can go down in Rim size but up in tire size and carry the spare deflated to fit in the well. Carry a compressor in the hollow of the spare. I did this for many years with an Xtrail.
