    we added two to the front which does help. Not sure why they would have added to rear. Rear is a small pain vice cranking them down. But front are worth having.

    We we are doing a brisket right now. 52 hours at 56c then 3 hrs on smoker. 5kg. Seasoned with a spice rub.
