  3. Re: Continues to run couple seconds after shut-off: Diesel 2001 Pajero 5speed 3200 En

What I'm saying is that you should be able to test if its the shutoff valve relatively easily just like Jelo mentioned. The vacuum valve actuates a pin that connect to the butterfly mechanism. You...

sorry if I'm hijacking the thread, but it could add some insightful info. My shutoff-valve diagram is connected, but the external mechanism is disconnected. So it does not operate the butterfly. When...

  6. Re: Continues to run couple seconds after shut-off: Diesel 2001 Pajero 5speed 3200 En

just pump, but that could only be the problem if the car doesn't want to start at all. If it idles after switching off it can't be the problem
  7. Re: Continues to run couple seconds after shut-off: Diesel 2001 Pajero 5speed 3200 En

one question, have you made sure that the fuel line is bled properly and that every time before startup the priming button is hard to compress?

Re: Goodyear Wrangler AT Adventure options

yeah I agree. These days you need to do all your homework when buying ANYTHING. You basically should know exactly what you're going to buy and how much it costs before even walking into the place.
  9. Re: 2001 Diesel Pajero Starter and Fire Up Speed (3.2 DiD 3200)

    Re: Pajero Suspension concern

I think at that age and milage it won't do any harm to have the front suspension bushes checked out. Mine doesn't sound bad at all, but I know it's something that I need to plan for in the future....

Re: What did you do to your Mitsu Today ?

Can't believe the noise old worn tyres can make on a vehicle. My 2003 pajero's front two General Grabbers were old and worn unevenly. As you drove above 30km/h it sounded like the RH front wheel...

Yes, you're right. I also thought that I would spend that amount to get up to date on the maintenance. Was busy ticking off the items.

If it's the pump the R5-10k will increase drastically.
