    0.9 - 1.2 kg/cm2 or 12.8 - 17.1 psi or 88.2 - 117.6 kPa
    Mine states 0.9 on the cap and I replaced it with the same - showed the spares okes the old one. So in your case the 100 kPa will be fine.

    Go on google and do a bit of search on removal and replacing of rear seals. You can just pry out the seal with a screwdriver be careful not to scratch the crank shaft, installation seems rather easy...

    You will have to drop the gearbox and also remove the flywheel to be able to replace the seal. In the manual they show a special tool to remove the oil seal but I am not sure if can do the removal...
