    Right, so my measurement is 550mm with an RSi canopy and roofrack... Thinking the canopy shouldn't drop the back by that much... [emoji3525]

    Check your tire pressures... and fill your water tanks.

    I had similar issues, directly related to "known" low pressures, and an empty tank.

    1. Be sensible, don't speed, heavy stuff over the wheels, pump your tires correctly (3bar if fully laden)
    2. shouldn't need one

    Really weird... I've also got a 2012, and the system is pretty "dumb"... probably a loose wire in the plug? If you've got simple tools, why not check it out before taking it in.

    BUT it could also be the "fan regulator"... I had a similar issue where is stop getting cold... then worked for a bit, then blew hot. Regassed...

    It all comes down to the installed battery charger.... I "think" the newer Commanders had lithium enabled chargers... but DON'T quote me on that... other than that, should be able to upgrade.
