    Re: Microwave - Smallest in Watts

    Thing is - with a microwave oven, it doesn't reduce the actual power output with that rotary dial; it just reduces the average power output by changing the duty cycle of the magnetron (how many...

    @RossJ

    The sides and top get mutilated when you strip them off. You basically can't re-use them.

    The whole thing cost me R2200. I know that PG Glass and those other places charge quite a bit...

    Discovery 1 Re: The resurrection and further adventures of Fugard

    As previously mentioned, the biggest eyesore is this rear fender. It got whacked quite hard here, causing both the inner and outer layers to bend. This was another thing that "wrote" this car off,...

    This weekend I also fitted the door glass, mirror, passenger side window winder and replaced the door frame tops. I managed to straighten the fender enough to give the correct clearance again. 662570

    Today I got the car back from the glass people. They went to a lot of trouble to fit the windscreen into its frame. This required quite a lot of silicone and they used it liberally. I've been trying...

    I found them at LR Service Centre now. Except the bottom one - but that's easily re-usable. Top and side ones are totally stuffed after removal.
