    Sucking it out will most probably be the cheapest option.

    The reservoir become brittle after a few years and the grommets might be too stiff for pushing it back in.

    The grommets can also leak...

    Ignoring a universal can lead to bigger damage.

    I've seen one rip off the rear end from an Isuzu gearbox.
