    Marine ply, aluminium frame and small bolts.Or rivets, can work loose.

    Connect-it with 25mm square tube

    or aluminium angle inside and outside of board glued and riveted. saves space.

    Toyota blamed the lift on mine so it was removed and there was still discrepancy.

    the eventually supplied a new diff housing but as I had done 5000km the diff had to be swopped to the new...

    Another thing is to check you wheelbase. Measure from tire to tire on either side and compare.
